The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the contract of sale is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of your order. For this reason, PEDRO GUILLÉN RODRÍGUEZ (hereinafter, PETER BANANA) recommends that the legal notice and these general purchase conditions be read in their entirety before accepting the order.

This contract is entered into within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the organisation of retail trade, Law 7/1998 of 13 April on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and Law 3/2014 of 27 March.

The contract conditions are as follows:


1.1. The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen next to their visual identification.


2.1. Carefully read product descriptions before purchasing. The images shown may differ slightly from the final product. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.

2.2. The characteristics and price of the products appearing on the screen will be those corresponding to the same, except in the case of error or omission. The articles will be available for sale until the end of their stock. The prices indicated on the screen are in euros, include VAT, are current and are valid at the time of acceptance of the order by us, except in cases of graphic error or omission.

2.3. Offers are properly marked and identified. They are valid for as long as they appear on the website.

2.4. The sales prices indicated in our Online Shop are shown with Spanish VAT included.

2.5. Service charges for shipping are not indicated in the price of the products. The shipping service costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. You will be informed of these costs before confirming the order and finalizing the recruitment process.

 2.6. The expenses corresponding to tariffs and customs are not included in the price of the product. For this reason, if any customs is transferred may generate some cost assimilated to the purchase, which will be borne by the buyer.

2.7. We unilaterally reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, we undertake to apply the rates in force indicated on the portal at the time the order is placed by the Customer.


3.1. In order to make a purchase, the Customer must be at least 18 years old.

3.2. You will have to select the articles that interest you by informing the number of units and clicking on the button "ADD TO CART" to add them to the shopping cart. At any time you can view the contents of the shopping cart (by "clicking" on "view cart"), where you can see the selected items, their price (including taxes) and shipping costs. From this same window, before sending your order you will be able to correct, change or cancel the selected products.

When you have finished choosing products, click on the "Checkout" option.

Afterwards, the Customer will have to introduce and check that his personal data are correct, choose the address where we will send his purchase, select the payment method and, in case the payment method chosen is by credit card, he will be redirected to the REDSYS payment gateway.

3.3. When you make your purchase, we will send you a copy of your order by email.

3.4. When placing an order it will be understood that it is done accepting the totality of the general conditions contained in this page.

3.5. Although we will make every effort to supply you with the products contained in your order, there may be occasions when we are unable to supply such products due, for example, to the fact that such products are not in stock. In such cases we will contact the Customer to inform them and perhaps suggest alternative products that they may wish to purchase. If you do not accept our suggestions we will cancel your order in relation to products that we are unable to supply and refund the amount we would have paid for such products. The refund will be the limit of our liability to the Customer if we are unable to supply the products ordered. In the event of not having one or more products ordered and the contact with the customer is not answered, the company reserves the right to cancel the affected products and send the remaining part of the order. In case of receiving the order and not agreeing, the return policies of the withdrawal section will be applied.

3.6. Along with the order, the customer will receive a receipt or invoice issued by PETER BANANA.

3.8. You can also cancel an order that has already been placed as long as it has not reached the shipping stage. This cancellation can be made using the contact form or by calling 687 627 379.


4.1 The payment of the price of the products will be made through one of the payment methods indicated below:

- Payment by credit or debit card:

If you choose to pay by credit card, the Customer's order cannot be taken into account and will not be processed until the payment has been authorized by your bank or cashier. The online payment by credit card is made through the security system "Secure Socket Layer", which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the Internet. For security reasons, PETER BANANA verifies all orders paid by bank card. We accept Maestro cards and any Visa and Mastercard registered in the Redsys secure payment system.

4.2. If our security department suspects any anomaly or fraud, PETER BANANA reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.


5.1 In accordance with the provisions of Art. 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the buyer may return the goods within fourteen calendar days following receipt of the goods in the same conditions in which they were delivered.

The seller, for his part, will return the sums paid by the buyer without withholding costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which he has been informed of the decision of withdrawal by the buyer.

Revocations of orders or returns of goods after the indicated deadlines will not be accepted.

5.3. If the order arrives with any anomaly, it must be reported immediately upon receipt. Contact our customer service at hello@ and they will tell you the steps to follow to replace the product.

5.4. In order to make a correct return of the products, it will be necessary to follow the following guidelines:

•Products must be returned in their original box/packaging.

•The products may not have been used in such a way that their value is reduced or impaired.

•The products must be accompanied by the delivery note with the reason for the return noted manually for a correct and quick management of the return.

5.5. On arrival at our warehouse, the condition of the products will be assessed. If they do not comply with the regulations established for returns and their condition is not correct, we reserve the right to pay a lower amount for the damaged product or products.

5.6. At the end of the review of the products will proceed to refund the amount through the same channel with which payment was made or contact you to make the replacement of the affected products.

5.7. Revocations of orders or returns of goods after the indicated deadlines will not be accepted.

Withdrawal form. PEDRO GUILLÉN RODRÍGUEZ (PETER BANANA) provides this form to clients who, having completed a purchase through our website, wish to cancel their purchase. In order to facilitate the right of withdrawal, all fields of this form must be completed by the customer:

6.1. We will send the Customer their products to the delivery address selected by the Customer at the time of purchase.

6.2. When the order is placed, the amount of shipping costs is indicated before the purchase is made. In case of return of the merchandise (Art.44 of the Law of Regulation of the Retail Trade), the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6.3. The delivery time of each product is visible on the page, more specifically in the description of it. The calculation of the delivery time is based on days and working hours. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday unless expressly indicated otherwise. All orders placed on a working day before 12:00 in the morning will be processed on the same day, orders placed after that time will be shipped the next day. Also all orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the next working day. For orders of more than one product, the delivery date will be the one corresponding to the product with the longest delivery time. In cases where the volume of orders leads to a reduction in available stock or the end of stocks, the customer will be notified of a new delivery date which will always be the shortest possible. In the event that the product is discontinued or it is not possible to replenish the stock of the same, the customer will be notified to select a new product of similar characteristics and price or cancel the order, in which case will proceed to return the quantities delivered. If there is a breach of more than 10 days on the scheduled delivery date, the customer may request a refund of the quantities delivered.

6.4. We will deliver the product once you have verified that the actual payment has been executed correctly and then deliver the product according to the option chosen.

6.5. We understand hours and days as working hours and days, thus excluding Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays. If for any reason attributable to PETER BANANA this period is exceeded, we will inform the Customer of the incident and propose alternative solutions.

6.6. It should be noted that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. If one of the items ordered is not in stock, we undertake to send the Customer an email as soon as possible (from the date on which you placed the order) to inform him of the period within which we can send you your product(s).

If you are not interested in waiting, you may request a refund of the amounts you have paid for the item.


7.1. Shipments of goods are made daily from Monday to Friday and always having specified the address with the customer. The transport of the products will be consigned in the order and includes only the transport of the goods to any point on the Peninsula and Balearic Islands (not including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and their delivery to the customer's home. In case of damage due to transport, the customer must state it on the delivery note of the carrier. No claims will be accepted for damage caused by transport after 24 hours from receipt and delivery of the goods. To the delivery of the merchandise, the client will receive the corresponding delivery note.


8.1. PETER BANANA undertakes to make available to the Customer all necessary information concerning the products it offers as well as orders. PETER BANANA is not responsible for the non-execution of the present conditions in case of force majeure and in case of fault of the Customer or of an unforeseeable event on the part of a person unconnected to the contract.

8.2. The Customer undertakes to fill in the order forms and their fields according to the indicated instructions. The Customer also undertakes to pay the price of the product, with the corresponding taxes and shipping costs.

8.3. PETER BANANA is not responsible for the consequences that may result from the improper use of the products sold in its Online Store.

8.4. Both the shipping and the expenses that could generate the repair or assistance of the products in guarantee will be regulated by the particular conditions of guarantee of each manufacturer.
